Access to JHS data requires either an approved Proposal or Ancillary Study, and a fully executed Data and Materials Distribution Agreement (DMDA).

Choose this option if you plan to collect additional prospective data from JHS participants or use previously collected materials, such as stored participant samples (e.g., blood, urine), images, or other existing physical or digital study records.
